Officially, today is a leap day. This occurs every four years. People born on this day celebrate their birthdays in common years (the non-leap years) on either February 28th or March 1st.
Around here, we eat a piece of dry toast and the person (or dog, as the case may be) who doesn't drop a crumb has good luck for the next four years.
So, have yourself a leap year "toast" of good luck!
Bark at you later,
PJ the dog blogging dog :-)
